Duties may be expanded or modified as the company grows. Party B is expected to proactively learn AI and new technologies, and salary/role will be reviewed accordingly.
Article 4 — Working Hours & Days Off

Article 5 — Compensation

Article 7 — Confidentiality & Non-Compete
Party B shall not disclose, share, or leak any business information, client data, or proprietary knowledge obtained during employment to any third party, both during and for 2 years after the termination of this contract. Party B shall not engage in work for competing businesses without prior written approval from Party A during the term of this contract.
Article 8 — Termination

Article 9 — Governing Agreement
This contract is governed by the mutual agreement between Party A and Party B. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
